A total of twenty-three participating restaurants in Zaragoza II Gastronomic the Easter of Zaragoza, which will offer customers a menu of products and recipes for Lent.
The traditional practice of the vigil, fasting and abstinence during Lent make this season a special culinary ritual, become one of the most popular gastronomic traditions entrenched in our land.
With this new initiative, visitors and tourists who come to Zaragoza can also sample some of local recipes for Lent that have been passed from generation to generation. The twenty-three participating restaurants will offer a tasting menu from the kitchen of Lent, at lunch and dinner daily during the two months of activity.
